The update makes this app so much more useful. Good design.

Cannot read red writing on black background in the sun. When I am outside waiting, is when I need to view the screen the most. Also providing "settings" would be nice.

I like the new updates! Adding my current location has made it uber easy to find the bus closest to me. Lol less walking for this old man

Not sure if this is an app or something Id find on my sons TI-84

I am a student on the East Coast attending a school which uses Ride Systems. It worked when I first got to school but now for every bus route it says there are no buses on the route even though I can see them running. Please fix as this is an amazing system for students but only if we can actually see where the buses are. Thank you.

From an architecture standpoint, this app seems fine. But the data it shows you is only as good as the data it gets, and the estimated arrival times are a joke. Ive seen them drop 10 minutes with no warning and have missed plenty of buses before learning not to rely on it. And I dont know about other universities, but Carnegie Mellons shuttles dont operate continuously. The app doesnt account for that and will tell you a bus is arriving imminently when in reality it will not leave dispatch for a half hour. It took me several days to figure this out. Conclusion: meh. Only useful for seeing the live bus tracking location, but this does not give you an accurate idea of timing if the bus is sitting at a stop until it is scheduled to leave.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, but now it doesnt work because of iOS 8. Please make a compatibility update.

The screenplay goes directly to black... And stays there. I tried rebooting my phone and still nothing.

I cant tell you how many times I have missed the bus because this app doesnt work 80% of the time. With the traffic in my city, it already takes an hour to get to my apartment thats only three miles away. So its either I freeze in the cold waiting forever for a bus or I miss it trying to stay warm while attempting to get this app to work. Please make compatible with the iOS 8 update or else I might as delete the app. To other apartment complexes looking to manage their bus system, this app is not the way to go.

Actually works on time at lax. Our shuttles seem to show up on time with the app. App itself looks basic

So may problems I cant list them all. 1. Assuming the app loads, youre presented with a scrolling list of 300+ areas, all with weird names. 2. Assuming you find your area, the map is never centered and I hunt around for my bus for 15 seconds. 3. If you find your bus, youre gonna miss the bus because ETA data changes +/- 10 minutes every minute. Do not use.

Maybe some better programmers/software engineers? The info should be more substantial than "wheres the bus?" Departures, arrivals (actual times). The countdown (when accurate is helpful.) Users want to know and receive more info, when they need it. IMHO it can be a good app, with more development.

This app has one function; to show you bus times. Unfortunately, it does not perform that function. Therefore, this app is useless. If you are a university administrator, please do not force your students to rely on this piece of garbage.

I like the new interface. And the feedback feature is nice.

New & Improved? NOT. Congratulations on turning a useable app into a useless one. 1. It no longer remembers my site--Do you really think I should be required to scroll through every agency youve sold this app to to find my bus schedule every time I open the app? 2. It lost my list of favorite stops 3. It even lost the new favorites list I made after upgrading & realizing the old list was gone. 4. While the old user interface was far from intuitive, at least I had figured it out. Now youve changed it, but its no more intuitive than the old one. Yay! Something else to figure out! Oh, and its not any faster, either.

The new update is not an upgrade. I liked how the app showed the route and now it does not. Also I have to have on location settings, where I did not before.

This app used to be a pretty decent bus tracker, but now its just awful. First, it no longer shows arrival times for each stop, only for 4-5 "main" stops out of 20-30. Also, the new design of the interface is much too busy and not scaled as well to the iPhone 6 (which is funny because they claim the new update is optimized for the iPhone 6...its not). If you havent updated your app yet, DONT.
