I use this app every day. I no longer have to wait in the snow for my bus to come. I just pull up my app and I know exactly where my bus is and how long will be until it gets to my stop. I love the favorite feature!!!

This is very user friendly and useful for me. If I ever have any problems they respond quickly and with a lot of help. This is great!

Still not native. The status bar scaling makes it clear this wasnt developed for the iPhone 6 or 6+. Also cant search though the institutions and its a pain to scroll though an HTML5 app with no smooth transitions or animations. Not sure why Google maps is used over Apple when Im on an iOS device. Also the routes for the university of utah arent 100% accurate and does not support the Orange route when the electric bus is running.

One of the routes I use often is not correct on the map which is causing bad estimated times. Actually missed the bus because of this!!!

This is horrid it keeps saying my shuttle will arrive in one minute for 15 minutes! Terrible app! Want to miss school or be late to class? Depend on this! Guaranteed to fail you the first time everytime!

My university used to have a dedicated app but it stopped working and all I’m left with is this?? C’mon guys this does not even look like it belongs on an iPhone!!

I feel like I am in safari whenever I use this app. Whats up with this?? Its so unusable.

The app keeps crashing on launch on my iPad Air 2.

This app will always show you where it thinks the shuttle is, but its never right. Of the dozens of times Ive attempted to use this to figure out how late the shuttle was going to be its never been right. This app is the equivalent of a crosswalk button it just keeps you busy while youre waiting.

This app is terrible. It does not update properly and it makes me feel like Im going to be late for the bus all the time since the school has switched over to this bus time system recently. This morning I checked it and said that the bus was coming two hours after I got to the stop making me think I missed the bus, but it actually came in about 5 mins. Also a few moments ago I checked it and it says he bus is going to come at 12:00pm when my clock clearly said 3:30pm. The app seems to only update the actual arrival time when the bus gets to the bus stop, which defeats its purpose because I dont need the app to tell me that the bus is here when I can see with my own eyes the physical bus in front of me. Just awful...please fix this.

Takes quite a long time to load. I have missed the bus a few times because it said it was one place but had actually already passed.

This app has the potential to be really useful, but it lacks in several areas. 1) The app doesnt remember what institution or route you use regularly. 2) The app sometimes shows a shuttle in route when none actually exists. 3) Like others have mentioned, the app no longer gives you an estimate of when the shuttle will arrive. 4) After selecting your route you must exit 2 menus in order to see the map instead of going directly to the map after selecting the route. Also, The Xs to exit the menus are right next to other links making it easy to accidentally hit the wrong thing. Both of these are particularly inconvenient when youre rushing to see when the shuttle is coming. The app is better than nothing, but still leaves a lot to be desired.

I wish my college would use a different system than this one for us to keep up with our bus routes. Never remembers anything, such as which bus system I use, which routes I use and which stops that I favorite. Kind of useless to have a "favorite" system when it cant even save that ones I choose. Needs a lot of work.

This app is not user friendly, its slow and when you try to click out of one thing, it clicks another. Incredibly primitively written, has too much with no organization. The design is awful. It should just be simplified and show where the busses are without out taking 2 minutes to load.

Very slow to load even with a proper connection to the cell service. Please update. Sometimes it works and other times it just keeps loading.

When it works, it works just fine. But it is the least reliable app ever. 95% of the time youre just stuck on the loading screen and literally have no idea what is going on.

I rely on this app to make me on time for work and school. Great to see when the bus will be at the stop. Also nice I dont have to wait around forever if theyre off schedule.
