Rice university used to have a basic shuttle locator system which worked so well. Just showing you where the shuttles were, thats all we need! Since they moved to this app, lets say I walk a lot more: by the time it uploads the routes, and bus location, I can cross campus on foot. Its crazy slow, making it pretty much useless. It sometime doesnt remember which map I use + it doesnt save which shuttle I want to see, wasting more of my time while the shuttles keep on moving. I honestly think anyone could come up with a better interface and more efficient app. I cant believe my university paid for this.

Very slow to load even with a proper connection to the cell service. Please update. Sometimes it works and other times it just keeps loading. It works half the time.

I used to use the Rice shuttle map to see where the shuttle was located- it takes me 5 min to walk to the stop from my office. Now to catch the shuttle I must go to the stop 20 minutes early to ensure I dont miss the shuttle since every time I try to open the app it simply will not pass the loading screen. What a waste of time and money

Theres so much going on with the UI and no simplicity to the app. Very overwhelming at first.

I am writing this review to inform users that, while the app itself is very useful, it unfortunately does not always work. The app will often times load until it crashes, without ever displaying bus routes. This is a newer problem within the app. Hopefully the company who created this app can fix the issue within the near future. The app is incredibly helpful when it is working, but consistency is key.

My university had a great app developed by its students to track the shuttles. Then they wasted student money on this half-baked app. Where our original tracker was one simple, easy to use window, this one makes you click through a couple just to get the map and often forgets where I am and what busses Im looking at. It crashes not infrequently. I dont dare click on the screen or icons because inevitably what you think youre tapping is not what its going to respond to and youll be stuck fiddling with an aggravatingly bloated interface while your bus passes you by.

This app is so unreliable. It NEVER opens or opens once and then never again. You cant rely on it at all. Sad you cant fix this as its nice to know when your shuttle is coming!

When this app actually works, its pretty useful. It works about 20% of the time.

Hardly ever works. Frequently gets stuck on loading page which forces you to delete the app and reinstall frequently. Even when the app loads its rarely accurate

Really unintuitive UI, which would be a problem, but you can only reach it once out of every 6 or 7 opens. The routes disappear now if you touch them too, which is a newer issue once iOS had its most recent update

Missed my school shuttle so many times because of it. Seriously its a shame if anyone is forced to use this app

This app never works, you click in your organization and it does nothing. Recommend using transloc app. It works much better.

I click on YNHH and nothing happens. Used to work. You guys ever going to fix this? I just use the website for our shuttle now.

Arrival times are incorrect either end up being later or soon than the scheduled time for when the bus arrives. Also need to upload the map faster to when the bus is on campus. Other than that comes in handy when you dont wanna freeze to death by waiting for the bus smh.

This app is a joke and if the company had any sensibility they would remove it. Hasn’t been updated for 4” screens and is just a laggy webpage in an app. Even clicking the developer website link goes to “localhost”.

This app isnt optimized

This is so much smoother than the last app and easier to use as well.
